COVID-19 NOTICE

Site Access from 29/03/2021

From 29/03/2021 West Hallam Caravan and Motorhome Storage will be open for customer access only, appointments will not be necessary. Any visitors to site must satisfy themselves that they are fully compliant with UK Government guidelines, including social distancing rules, www.gov.uk/coronavirus .

For the protection of yourselves, the public and site staff you may NOT attend the site if you have any symptoms that the Government would expect you to self-isolate for.

We understand that it is some time since the majority of our customers have been able to visit the site and so that we may ensure a safe site for all we would kindly request that customers limit their activity whilst on site to essential tasks only.

Please note that if you are planning to remove your caravan from the site that, per government guidelines, overnight stays are not permitted until 12/04 at the earliest, except where defined in law.

If you require to attend the West Hallam storage facility at any stage during the period of the COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary that you complete the Covid-19 Warranty Form to certify that you understand your obligations and so that we are able to maintain a safe and compliant site for you and all other site users. Customers should limit the number of visits to site and limit any activity while on site to essential tasks only. Completion of this form does not constitute any sort of permission to breach Government restrictions. You are only required to complete the form once, but you must present it at each visit, along with your Security Access Code. Please click the link below to complete the form.
